Case Report: Primary Liver Mature Teratoma in Childhood

چکیده

We present the case of a male 2-year-old patient who underwent surgery for 13-cm-long liver teratoma that caused elongation common hepatic duct and portal vein. The boy had an abdominal mass distension with pain mild intensity. Abdominal computed tomography nuclear magnetic resonance reported predominantly cystic expansive lesion some internal solid components. was evaluated surgical intervention decided, performing right hepatectomy biliodigestive derivation due to compromise bile duct. Primary mature is rare tumor in population higher incidence children, so it should be suspected all patients tumors do not high AFP values.
